Curb appeal is your first chance to create a great first impression on buyers from a street perspective. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers form their initial perception of your home and how you keep up your home's regular maintenance.
Knowing this helps us to choose what we can do to draw buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't the best it can look on the outside with touched up paint and colorful greenery we'll need to tackle those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Make yourself at home...
Could a buyer picture themselves lounging in your living space, relaxing in your master bedroom or getting work done in your home office? We want your Open House to welcome buyers and give them a sense of contentment. We'll help you do this by recommending changes that enhance the features of your property.
We'll help you put in storage anything that gives the impression of clutter. Counter tops should be free and clear. Brick-a-brack, sentimental items, family photos, and kids' drawings should get stored away too. You need to give mass appeal to the home so buyers can picture it as their new home.
Every room gets a once-over. Areas that directly impact your bottom line include easy-to-fix items like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs to be steamed, fixtures that need shining, and windows that need washing
We'll ensure your house has mass appeal and that it's inviting, staying away from "offensive" or "too-bright" colors on the walls and furniture. And if the house is empty, you can consider renting furnishings. The goal is for your house to look inviting as opposed to abandoned.

Setting the Stage
During your Open House, we want to capture buyers' attention.
Brightening up your interior is critical, so we'll do things like part the curtains and add lighting where needed to show off your home. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music playing lightly and ensure a nice aroma flows throughout your house. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your couch and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current home has the potential to be.
